Serving as a Certified Mediator throughout Eastern NC
North Carolina began implementing mandatory mediation in all civil cases in 1995. C. Everett Thompson, II has been a certified mediator since 1997 and has served as a mediator in over 400 cases. He is frequently called upon in northeastern North Carolina to serve as a mediator in cases involving automobile wrecks, boundary line disputes, business disputes, workers' compensation, wrongful death and other complex litigation.
